UV Water Systems

Description

Arklite is the only organized manufacturer of industrial grade UV lamps along with water disinfection system. These low pressure germicidal UV lamp based Systems are ready to fit into a full water purification system for water disinfection. Arklite also provides technical consulting along with a customized system to fit your needs.

Arklite offers UV water disinfection systems in three different application specific models.

  • Drinking Water
  • Waste Water
  • Pharmaceutical or Process water.

These systems are made from SS 304 / SS 316 / SS 316 L with capacity from 0.25 to 150 cubic meter per hour.
Dosage requirements are met with the right UV lamp made by Arklite in Regular, High Output OR Amalgam type.

These water systems based on requirement are also supported by different accessories such as UV intensity controller, Temperature controller, mechanical cleaning system, Digital control panel, Digital run hour meter coupled with UV intensity meter etc.

Technology

Being a UV lamp manufacturer, Arklite has thorough understanding of UV lamp characteristics and UV technology. The right type of lamp: regular, high output (HO) or amalgam is used in the system. Using a stainless steel outer body these systems come fitted with flanges, ready to be assembled into a full water purification system. Each UV lamp is surrounded by a domed quartz tube jacket and is powered by an electronic ballast. All the ballast are mounted in a control panel with a LED indicator for each lamp.
The lamp and ballast combination is designed to maximize UV output and prolong the lamp life. The disinfection capacity of systems ranges from 0.5 to 100 M3/hr.
